LEND: Lothian Employers' Network For Disability

LEND is a network of local employers who recognise the value and benefits of a diverse workforce. LEND aims to promote these benefits and share good practice with other like-minded employers by:

Promoting equal opportunities and good practice in the recruitment and employment of people with disabilities.
Facilitating dialogue and the exchange of information between members of the network and with other relevant disability services, representative organisations and statutory agencies.
Providing a central source of information and learning on good practice, services and resources available to employer organisations seeking to recruit, develop and retain employees with disabilities.

LEND is a charity, registered in Scotland. Charity No. SC0 35304

LEND is managed by a Strategy Group that meets on a regular basis. Current representation on this Group includes:
